I like the thought of bringing the inner flow more back in sync with the naturalistic environment I'm embedded in ...

Living here in Switzerland close to the alps to me as HSP creates a relationship to a local wind phenomenon when it comes to sleep and energy related things (and headaches for that matter) but I think it would be interesting to track if the moon phases also have an impact in particular because I'm a natural nocturnal type of person thats commonly disconnected, not impacted by the circadian rhythm.

My online Feng Shui group was talking about moon/sun energy cycles just a couple of evenings ago! Which, being a group of women, quickly became a discussion of menstrual cycles, leading to the topic of menopause. I'm still tuning in to sense my womenly cycles, now that I'm a crone!

This is the Year of the Wood Dragon in Chinese Astrology. Dragon energy aligns with what you quoted above. Hang on and ride the dragon!
