How would you answer the question: Which dream(s) do I focus on? I.e. What if I have many dreams — I can’t do them all at once.

How do I decipher which are the truest, most authentic dreams versus ones my mind has inserted into the mix?

These are such great questions not least because we don't tend to take time to consider them. Is it really a dream or actually a desire or preference? Instead of trying to give a "smart" answer, I'm going to ponder and write a proper post on it as I believe people's lives and their experience of life would be radically different if they were truly dialled into their innate dreams. Thanks for the inspiration!

What has been your own experience so far in knowing which dreams to focus on and give your energy to?

Looking forward to your post on this…

For me, I think it helps to start global to get clear on what’s most important to me. I.e. ‘I dream of spending time somewhere warm, sunny, tranquil and beautiful’, as opposed to ‘three months in Patmos, Greece’. (Though that may genuinely be someone’s dream!)

As soon as detail creeps in, I think that’s an indication that my mind is backfilling and trying to recreate a picture of something it already knows, as opposed to me uncovering it brand new. Does that make sense?
